All images including digital downloadable images in my shop(s) online are owned exclusively by me, Nadine Platt and are Copyright © Nadine Platt -All rights reserved. As a Buyer, you are not purchasing the rights to the image. All publishing and reproduction rights are reserved solely by me, Nadine Platt, the an  artist and a photographer. Purchased/acquired images from my shop(s) online are not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated, or misappropriated in any way. If you are in any way unsure of the legal rights retained by me, Nadine Platt, following the sale of my work, or are purchasing any of my photography or art work with the intention of re-selling this work you must be aware of the Visual Artists Rights Act and the Copyright Law.

Separate permission must be granted by me, Nadine Platt for any other usage, such as commercial use, re-selling items made with the digital photo, art, etc. Usage for any commercial reason without express written permission from me, Nadine Platt violates Copyright Law. Should you wish to use the acquired images from my shops online for commercial purposes, please contact me.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns Not Accepted. Please read through the Item description and make sure to view all the pictures provided for that item as these are part of the description. I try to describe each item to the best of my ability. If you have any questions regarding your intended purchase, please email to contact@photofocusstudio.co.uk  prior to purchasing.

I hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase or you feel that the goods are not of satisfactory quality or defective, they may be returned for a full refund only in exceptional circumstances. You must return the items in their original condition and packaging (unless packaging damaged in transit), within 3 working days after the date of purchase. If they are in usable condition I will refund your money less shipping costs. I do not refund shipping either way for returns unless there is damage or due to some defect in the merchandise. Sales of commissioned pieces are final. I will try to make sure you are completely happy (through photos) before the item is sent. No refunds given on commissioned pieces unless there is damage in shipment (which will be covered by insurance). Please notify me of cancellation by email contact@photofocusstudio.co.uk

No refund or exchange can be made on a digital downloads. All digitally downloaded files are a final purchase. If you are experiencing any difficulties with downloading, please contact me immediately and I will make every effort to rectify any problems within my control.

PAYMENT

Currently this e-shop only accepts PayPal transactions.

DELIVERY

UK: Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery from the date of placing an order.

Europe: Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery from the date of placing an order.
United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from the date of placing an order.

Delivery will be by a courier for larger items such as large size prints on canvas. Once you have paid for an item, I will be in contact to provide you with dispatch dates and delivery information. If you need any additional help with your order, please email to contact@photofocusstudio.co.uk

All greeting cards orders are shipped  Royal Mail “Signed for” or Royal Mail International, including Tracking.

Large unframed prints are shipped rolled in a tube, all others are shipped flat.

Please note that international shipping times vary widely as some orders get held up in customs.

International shipping often involves a customs fee or duty tax which varies from country to country. This fee comes from the customer’s own country/postal system and is the customer’s responsibility. I do not have any control over the amount that may be added once the item reaches your country. Please contact me and we’ll work together to resolve the problem.
